The LITTLE Things

After Sept.11th, one company invited the remaining members of other companies who had been decimated by the attack on the Twin Towers to share their available office space. At a morning meeting, the head of security told stories why these people were alive….and all the stories were just The LITTLE things.

As u might know, the head of the company got in late that day because his son started kindergarten.
Another fellow was alive because it was his turn to bring doughnut.
One woman was late because her alarm clock didn’t go off in time.
One was late because of being stuck because of an auto accident.
One of them missed his bus.
One spilled food on her clothes and had to take time to change.
One’s car wouldn’t start.
One went back to answer the telephone.
One had a child that dawdled and didn’t get ready as soon as he should have.
One couldn’t get a taxi.
The one that struck me was the man who put on a new pair of shoes that morning, took the various means to get to work, but before he got there, he developed a blister on his foot. He stopped at a drugstore to buy a bandage. That is why he is alive today.

Now, when I am stuck in traffic, miss an elevator, turn back to answer a ringing telephone…..all the little things that annoy me, I think to myself, this is exactly where God wants me to be at this very moment. Next time your morning seems to be going wrong, the children are slow getting dressed, you can’t seem to find the car keys, you hit every traffic light, don’t get mad or frustrated; God is at work watching over you. May God continue to bless you with all those annoying little things and may you remember their possible purpose.

Info on H1N1

Apa itu H1N1?

Viral novel influenza type A H1N1.

Apa yg perlu tahu ?

Asal virus ini

Sebenarnya telah terdapat outbrake di US sebelum terjadi outbrake di mexico tp tidak dilaporkan kpd WHO. kemungkinan outbrake ini telah dikesan dan US mahu ‘baling batu sembunyi tangan’ lalu tercetus la outbrake di mexico.

virologi virus H1N1

merbahaya kpd golongan yg berisiko tinggi

Siapa yang berisiko

1.orang yg ada masaalah ‘obesiti’ @ gemuk

2.perempuan yg mengandung

3.orang yg ada astmatic

4.orang2 yg bermasalah dgn sistem imunisasi ( menjalani ‘operation yg besar’, kanak2 yg belum cukup suntikan imunisasi, golongan2 yg rendah tahap imuniti eg. HIV ext.)

Simptom2

Day 1 – rasa kurang sihat, tak bermaya
demam
Day 3 – rasa kurang selesa di bahagian dada dan sesak nafas
Day 4 – sakit dada yg teruk……..jumpa doktor dengan segera…….
Day 5 and above lung collapse @ koma

Langkah2 kawalan

1 – golongan2 yg berisiko, elakkan drpd kesesakan ( kawasan yg padat dgn orang
ramai)

3 ply mask)

6 – utk org yg sihat, elakkan dr kawasan yg padat.

mengambil masa 6 jam utk run test kpd 1 batch sample. jika klinik menyatakan

diatasnya.”

(Hadith Riwayat Imam Muslim)

dimurkai Allah subhanahuwata'ala.

(Hadith Riwayat Imam Muslim)

A Very Funny 'MEMO'

To all Employees:

(Effective January 2010)

Dress Code

1. It is advised that you come to work dressed according to your salary. If we see you wearing Prada shoes and carrying a Gucci bag, we assume you are doing well financially and therefore do not need a pay raise.

2. If you dress poorly, you need to learn to manage your money better, so that you may buy nicer clothes, and therefore you do not need a pay raise.

3. If you dress just right, you are right where you need to be and therefore you do not need a pay raise.

Sick Days

We will no longer accept a doctor's certificate as proof of sickness.

If you are able to go to the doctor, you are able to come to work.

Holiday Days

Each employee will receive 104 personal days a year. They are called Saturday & Sunday.

Compassionate Leave

This is no excuse for missing work. There is nothing you can do for dead friends, relatives or co-workers. Every effort should be made to have non-employees attend to the arrangements.

In rare cases where employee involvement is necessary, the funeral should be scheduled in the late afternoon. We will be glad to allow you to work through your lunch hour and subsequently leave one hour early.

Toilet Use

1. Entirely too much time is being spent in the toilet. There is now a strict three-minute time limit in the cubicles.

2. At the end of three minutes, an alarm will sound, the toilet paper roll will retract, the cubicle door will open, and your picture will be taken.

3. After your second offence, your picture will be posted on the company notice board under the "Chronic Offenders" category.

4. Anyone caught smiling in the picture will be sanctioned under the company's mental health policy.

Lunch Break

1. Skinny people get 30 minutes for lunch, as they need to eat more so that they can look healthy.

2. Normal size people get 15 minutes for lunch to get a balanced meal to maintain their average figure.

3. Chubby people get 5 minutes for lunch, because that's all the time needed to drink a Slim-Fast.

Thank you for your loyalty to our company. Remember we are an employer of choice and we are here to provide a positive employment experience.

Therefore, all questions, comments, concerns, complaints, frustrations, irritations, aggravations, insinuations, allegations, accusations, contemplations, consternation and input should be directed elsewhere.
